Packages get shipped as soon as products are made if products are grouped they will both ship in the same package to save waste! Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for your orders to be created and shipped to you!

Unfortunately there is a No return policy, since each product is made per order they are personalized and made for individuals. However if you have an issue or over time things break message me and if you pay for shipping you can send it back and get it repaired!
